Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years consultive customer service experience - State of Florida 215 health, life and annuities license (or obtain within 6 months of employment) - Experience with health insurance products to include individual or group - Bilingual in English/Spanish - Successful performance on bilingual job related assessments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools - Work flexible retail work hours to include nights, weekends and holidays
Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills): - 1 or more years experience in retail face-to-face customer service - Experience with financial products or services
